**Work Location: Latin America**:- **Join Us: ServiceNow Architect for Long-Term Project in LATAM with Attractive Compensation****Job Brief**- We are seeking an experienced **ServiceNow Architect** to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow platform for our customers in North America. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the roadmap and drive transformational value, within IT, business teams and across the broader enterprise.**Responsibilities**- Provide strategic and technical leadership to business teams, IT, and ServiceNow developers on the ServiceNow platform, across ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, SLM, SAM, IRM, and Workplace Service Delivery modules.- Develop and refine the ServiceNow roadmap, aligning with organizational goals pertaining to low-code, citizen development and automation to maximize return on investment.- Guide technical teams in development, configuration and implementation efforts for projects- Partner with stakeholders to expand ServiceNow’s capabilities beyond IT, showcasing its value across the enterprise.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing support.- Support key growth and sustaining objectives by providing a vision for platform expansion and continuous improvement.**Job Qualifications**- 7+ years of extensive experience with ServiceNow, including broad knowledge of multiple modules and their implementation.- Strong technical expertise to provide guidance and direction on platform design and best practices- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ServiceNow modules, with a focus on enterprise transformation, and components involved therein- Ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution, ensuring measurable outcomes- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders- Ability to mentor technical consulting team members on development and configuration activities- Low code evangelist with 10+ years of client-facing experience supporting business transformation through technology**Benefits**- Be part of a fast growing organization with offices in over 30 countries- Work with some of the most marquee customers and lead efforts to help drive transformation within and beyond IT- Work in a supportive, innovative center of excellence with opportunities to make a meaningful impact**Contact**- ** Contact Person**: Ms. Dang Thi Trinh Tien**Offered Salary**Negotiable**Career Level**Senior**Experience**7 Years**Qualification**Bachelor Degree
