Descripción general / **Responsabilidades**:Wood México se encuentra en búsqueda de**“Controlador de Costos Senior"** con experiência en proyectos IPC en industria de Oil &Gas y Petroquímica en Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, El puesto requiere contar con experiência mínima de 10 años en puestos Control de Costos. Requerido contar con disponibilidad inmediata para integrarse a la compañía.Habilidades / Cualificación:Dentro de sus principales responabilidades esta:- Preparar el sistema de control de costos a partir del presupuesto del proyecto, el seguimiento de los costos de cada fase del proyecto y el trabajo con los gerentes de proyectos para alinear objetivos principales.- Desglosar los presupuestos de acuerdo con las estrategias de compras y contratación de obra.- Establecer la estructura CBS (Cost Break Down structure) en función de las características del proyecto y los requerimientos contractuales.- Evaluación de los costos a través de la metodología de valor ganado.- Actualizar mensualmente los costos del proyecto para emitir reportes de gestión de costos interna.- Realizar pronósticos mensuales de los costos de acuerdo con la situación mensual del proyecto.- Definir y establecer los códigos de costos del proyecto de acuerdo con los procedimientos de Wood.- Analizar escenarios de ahorros para el proyecto.- Manejo de bases de datos u otro software.- Nível de Inglés Internmedio.Descripción de la compañÃa / Company Overview:Wood es un líder mundial en ingeniería y consultoría en energía y entorno construido, que ayuda a desbloquear soluciones para algunos de los desafíos más críticos del mundo.
