**Vacante para la empresa SEG International en San Pedro Garza García -Monterrey, Nuevo León**:We are an international company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented**Talent Acquisition Specialist**to join our team in Monterrey.In this role, you will support the recruitment process to identify top talent across various technical and non-technical profiles while supporting initiatives to build a dynamic and diverse team.Your expertise will play a key role in shaping our workforce and ensuring our recruitment strategies align with organizational goals.**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of specialized and technical roles.- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through active sourcing, networking, and leveraging recruitment platforms.- Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs and craft effective job descriptions.- Build and maintain partnerships with local universities, recruitment agencies, and job boards.- Utilize and manage applicant tracking systems to organize and streamline hiring processes.- Provide data-driven insights and reports to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.- Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.**Skills & Qualifications**:- **Outstanding verbal and written English skills**.- Proven experience in**talent acquisition**or recruitment roles, with a focus on technical profiles desired.- Proficient in**Microsoft Office Suite**(Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
