Manufactura - Producción - Operación- Administración de operaciones- hace 7 días**Descripción**:En Totum Talent estamos buscando un **Gerente de Operaciones** para una empresa comercializadora ubicada en Apodaca, Nuevo León.El objetivo de este puesto es planificar, coordinar, administrar el desarrollo y ejecución de los procesos y actividades operativas, administrativas..**Responsabilidades**- Mantener los níveles de inventario correctos (partes y refacciones) en almacén (pedidos, entregas, importaciones, custodia, seguridad)- Mantener y desarrollar relaciones con los proveedores nacionales e internacionales- Responsable de atender las necesidades operativas de los clientes con base a lo establecido en las pólizas de mantenimiento para sus equipos arrendados, así como la atención de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de los equipos- Contribuir a la eficacia y mejora del sistema de gestión de la calidad.- Apoyar en el cumplimiento de los requisitos del sistema de gestión de calidad de acuerdo con la Norma ISO 9001: 2015- Involucrarse en las acciones correctivas y preventivas- Control y seguimiento del equipo de trabajo, sus KPIs y los objetivos tiempo-costo del departamento.**Requisitos**:- Ing. terminada en Industrial, mecánico administrador, químico o afín- 5 años de experiência como gerente operativo, supply chain manager o gerente de logística (indispensable)- Empresas de servicios industriales o comercialización de compresores (5 años - indispensable)- Experiência en supply chain (Logística, embarque, inventarios, compras)- Experiência en manejo del departamento de compras (3 años)- Creación y actualización de procesos y procedimientos (Deseable)**Conocimientos técnicos**- Conocimiento de ISO 9001:2015- Experiência con metodología Six Sigma**Localización**:
