**WORK ZONE**: Parque Industrial Florido- Experience: 5 Years BS Logistics or Commerce- Spanish - English (Write/Speak) 80% Min- Software Experience: Word/Excel, ERP or MRP its a MustThis position is responsible for leading the Logistics and Inventory Control accuracy and freight Costs lowered and efficient at all times, Including order to delivery, Freight & transportation, billing, Logistics service provider management in order to achieve business goals and drive operational excellence.**Specific Functions**:- Determines shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping schedules (Parcel ,FTL, LTL).- Coordinates the outgoing shipping to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments according to company policies, rules,& regulations- Responsible for administering the supply of raw materials while keeping inventory Accuracy on hand, by performing adequate and regular cycle counts.- Directs the movement of shipments from shipping, storage, works areas, and to ensure an organized, safe, and efficient storage, transportation- Determines & control all planning and requirements for shipments, Including Priorities based on Customer Demands- Inspects material handling equipment for defects and notifies maintenance personnel or contacts outside service facility for repairs, errors, or complaints.- Oversees all truck and forklift maintenance while coordinating and monitoring driver, vehicle, and load records.- Prepares bill of lading & Packing Slips while compiling and maintains detailed records of unfilled orders- Works with customs and Import-Export to ensure all shipments are getting cleared in a timely manner.- Responsible for training and providing work direction to assigned personnel.- Responsible for Cost Savings and Better utilization of resources to perfom Logistic Activities at lower costs at all Times Mexico and USA.- Provides Daily Inventory Accuracy of Raw Materials, WIP and Finish Goods.- Interface with Sales Coordination, purchasing, planning and Production to ensure production schedules are met to Drive Deliveries to CustomersTipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $1,100.00 al díaPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
