At the same time, we are looking for real, multi-dimensional people - _Characters with Character_ - who complement their expertise and intelligence with personality and integrity.**Location: Mexico (Hybrid)****Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and data needs.- Develop and implement processes to ensure proper data management and maintenance.- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as needed.- First point of contact for Client Service team to troubleshoot issues with operational processes (i.e. Accessing QRM workflows, status of submissions, common issues with project workbooks, etc.).- Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides for end-users. Can use Lucid or Visio to diagram data and process flows.- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve business processes.- Collaborate with Rockwell C&N Team to manage legal document review backlog.- Maintain legal and commercial templates.- Assist with proposal responses regarding common company information on Supplier and Security questionnaires.- Coordinate Critical Project and Technical Review meetings with QRM lead and Delivery teams.- Assist the Operational Excellence team leadership with management of special short-term projects - attend project calls, assist with project tasks & scheduling, assist with keeping projects moving forward and on schedule.**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university- English language: excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience with business & financial process systems and Microsoft Forms or similar systems.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Experience with Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
