**Duties and Responsibilities**- Process control support production line- Responsible for each customer product- FA support.- Generate process instruction for production.- Continuous process improvement activities.- Leader in Product quality improvement, DFM, Engineering Evaluation- Design process flow for new customer products.- Prepare tooling and equipment support for production.- Process out control for problem solving.- Design and analyze the critical process parameter- Training for subordinate in term of technical.- Special job assignment.- Optical component prelim failure analysis- Splicing process, Fiber routing, and Fiber handling process improvement**Qualification & Work Experiences**- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related fields.- 1-2 years in Electronic manufacturing field.- Speaking and writing English language is preferable.- Computer skills.- **Optical component prelim failure analysis**:- **Mechanical equipment****Detailed Description**:
