Our technological expertise creates a more sustainable future for us all.**Position Summary**Responsible for ensuring the availability of raw materials, components, and indirect materials in a timely manner for transformation into Finished Product.Responsible for creating production schedules that ensure customer demand is met.Coordinate the scheduling of customer demand for on-time delivery**Responsibilities**- Meet the OTD (On Time Delivery) and DSI (Inventory) targets defined for the plant.- Responsible for the function of Receipts, Shipments and Inventory control- Responsible for Defining and Maintaining optimal inventory levels of Raw Material, Components, Indirect and Finished Product- Implement and follow up Kanban order and control systems where required- Responsible for Inventory Accuracy and for implementing and proposing improvement actions- Responsible for the Planning and Coordination of the Annual Physical Inventory- Ensure that the activities carried out in the departments under their responsibility are carried out following the 5S and Safety guidelines**Qualifications****Qualifications**- Professional Engineering Degree- 5 years of experience in a similar or related position in the area of Materials, Planning or Production Control- Knowledge of ERP systems- Experience with KAN BAN systems- Skilled in handling Problem Solving tools- APICS desirable- Analytical and Results Oriented**Language Tags
