And if that’s you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:Develops, implements, and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems and activities. Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products. Participates in the reviewing of engineering designs to contribute quality requirements and considerations. Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.Develops, evaluates, and applies technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products.**Responsibilities**:Coordinate all plant activities of Quality Management System (QMS) Implement, maintain and audit all relevant procedures for QMS Coordinate external QMS and product audits Plan and lead Internal Quality Audits (ISO 9001:2015) Lead process audits Ensure corrective actions are undertaken as a result of non conformities, coordinate verification and closure activities. Lead quality auditors Improve quality metrics Keep good communication with HQ, GOQ and any other interested party Manage improvement projects Assure process and product audits Implement productivity projects Train and coach others related to QMS**Requirements**:**Knowledge in**:- QMS Lead auditor experience- Detail understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45000- Core tools- APQP- NPI- A3- 8D- Leadership- Communication skills- Teamwork- Problem Solving- Experience on dealing with customers and suppliers**Experience**:- +4 Years as people leader- +5 year experience on Quality / Manufacturing environment- Experience on Customize products according client needs. (Engineer to Order)
