***Supervise day to day Customs Operation in strict adherence to the applicable laws, guidelines, policies and procedures established by Customs Regulations, Trade and Compliance Laws, as well as Vertiv Compliance Department..**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Customs Documentation and Operations- Temporary Imports and Exports- Definitive Imports and Exports- Special Operations, Virtuals, Change of regime, Regularization.- US Customs documentation- Prosec, Rule 8th- Certificates of origin- Ocean shipments- Electronic Archive- Responsible for shipments- Customs documents audit and validation- Procedures- Catalogs- Payments- Balance discharge Annex 24- CTPAT- Fixed Asset management**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES REQUIRED**:- Knowledge on Annex 31- Knowledge on Annex 24- Knowledge on ERP Systems (interfaces)- Customs law and Regulations knowledge- Judgment, problem solving- Strong Ethics- Critical thinking- Teamwork- Audit Experience**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor Degree in International Trade and Customs with strong focus on Annex 24 systems- 3+ years of Experience in International Trade or Customs Environment- Supervision experience.
