Bilingual B2B Lead Generation Agent

The shiftYou would work from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday. This position is on-site.The offer4,000 MXN per week as a base salary + 100 MXN for each demo setWhat you will do:- Make outbound calls to leads based in the San Francisco Bay Area for an online Food Catering Service company for businesses.- Build a lead generation team that targets Bay Area businesses for Saltalk’s services.- Set up meetings or calls between prospects and the Saltalk Sales Team.- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM (HubSpot).- Must be career-oriented; possess an exceptional work ethic, strong desire to succeed, eagerness to learn, professionalism, and a “Can-Do-Attitude”. Must have an assertive, confident, persistent, and results-oriented approach to selling.- Achieve sales goals on a monthly basis.We're looking for individuals that are:- 1+ years of professional sales experience- Strong experience in the field building personal relationships with directors plus level stakeholders in high-growth and dynamic companies- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for food as a business solution that fosters community, culture, and productivity- Proficiency and experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:- 22015, Tijuana, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- B2B Sales or Lead Generation: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Spanish (preferred)Work Location: In person
