Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?**As the CGF DevSecOps Specialist, you will act as a DevSecOps lead for the Commercialization solutions focused on operations and security. The objective of this role is to own and manage the end to end service delivery for the Commercialization team. This role will adopt and adhere to the PepsiCo DevSecOps principles.Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience- 5-10 years of overall experience in IT solution design, delivery, and operations- Experience in delivering and supporting Cloud based and on-premises solutions- Strong understanding and experience with implementing PLM solutions- Solid understanding of various elements of security- Solid understanding of networking and infrastructure- Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: myIT Services, MS Azure DevOps- Should be familiar with Agile / SAFe software development practices and Azure DevOps- Ability to understand the IT and Business needs of Service Operations and question/challenge others to think through the problems, improvement opportunities, solutions, and plans- Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers- A strong change agent and a sense of urgency- Understanding or experience with Commercialization business is a plus- Strong influencing, facilitating and communication skills inworking with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments- Solves highly complex problems within their work team- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences- Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change- Excellent written and verbal skills**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs
