**Job Function**:Supply Chain Engineering**Job Sub Function**:Process Engineering**Job Category**:Scientific/Technology**All Job Posting Locations**:Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, MexicoFueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments.**We are searching for the best talent for Sr Process Engineer 3rd shift to be in Juarez City.****You will be responsible for**:- Develops complex Process Engineering Supply Chain project plans, key milestones, and objectives to ensure engineering outputs meet customer’s operational needs and requirements.- Oversees communication to management of any Process Engineering non-conformance, subsequent corrective, and preventive actions, by documenting, investigating, and conducting root cause analysis, and successfully implementing corrective actions.- Configures key performance Process Engineering reports to escalate to management, along with status updates relative to success in meeting critical goals and objectives.- Administers process validations on all ongoing Process Engineering initiatives for subsequent operational integration and supply chain implementation.- Leads, under limited supervision, Process Engineering Technician activity, supporting and enforcing site-specific safety and industrial hygiene requirements.- Completes escalation and monitoring of process engineering issues or concerns to the next management level.- Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.**Qualifications / Requirements**:- Engineering any specialty.- Master of Science and/or Certification is recommended.- From 4 to 6 years in a similar position preferably.- Experience in medical industry preferably- Knowledge in good manufacturing practices and documentation preferably in the medical industry.- Design of experiments- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools- Management of statistical procedures.- Knowledge of computational packages- Oral communication skills; and written in Spanish- Senior Process Engineer: Strong understanding of standard costs and work standards.- Senior Process Engineer and Staff: Knowledge of production processes.- Advanced English Senior Process Engineer
