This position focuses on delivering exceptional pre- and post-purchase service to customers interested in advanced skincare technology. You’ll act as a personal guide, providing expert advice, technical product information, and empathetic support — all with the approachable and polished demeanor expected from a luxury brand.This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty and wellness — possibly a licensed clinician, cosmetologist, or skincare professional. The perfect fit would be a confident, well-spoken woman between the ages of 30-55 who naturally embodies the role of a trusted, supportive friend with expert knowledge in beauty care.You are someone who:- Understands premium skincare products and advanced beauty technology.- Communicates clearly, warmly, and professionally — with impeccable etiquette.- Is comfortable guiding users through usage instructions, treatment preparation, and aftercare.**Key Responsibilities**- Serve as the go-to expert for customers exploring or using the product.- Walk customers through how the product works, step by step.- Answer questions with confidence and accuracy regarding technology, usage, and expectations.- Blend technical knowledge with compassionate customer service to create a high-touch, luxurious support experience.- Help customers feel confident, heard, and cared for throughout their journey with the brand.**Who You’ll Support**You’ll be speaking to clients like **Asha** — a multitasking, refined beauty enthusiast who values innovation, inclusivity, and efficacy.
