Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS****A Development Concepts**1 Determining development concepts on the basis of Pre-Development results2 Devising necessary evaluation benchmarks in this specialist sphere in order to safeguard long-terminnovation leadership in the development segment**B Employee Management**1 Training, supporting, instructing and motivating members of staff; setting and assessing targets2 Initiating training programs and working out proposed salaries aimed at ramping up commitment,performance levels, creativity and staff initiative while at the same time improving quality awareness,cost awareness and occupational safety**C Concept Planning / Implementation**1 Advising and considering all commercial aspects during the concept planning for new lighting systemsand technologies with a view to quality, costs, scheduling and also property rights**D Establishing of Development Partners / Contacts**1 Collaborating with customers, suppliers and institutes; analyzing and exploiting specific fields of**E Transferring of Expertise for Series Development**1 Incorporating findings from Pre-Development (technology, systems) into series development so as to layfoundations for the development of new products and innovations**F Setting Development Targets**1 Defining and coordinating priorities with the appropriate departments when preparing and processingdecisions2 Providing development capacities for technical designing of equipment and systems and for their typeapproval in order to raise development performance and service and also to shorten response times anddevelopment processes, e.g. during the offer phase3 Defining of tasks for the centralized Pre-Development division**H Market Strategy/ Product Strategy**1 Collecting of information regarding customer strategy and market data2 Analyzing market data and devising product strategies**I Development Network**1 Overseeing the Global Development Network**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**Specific skills and requirements:- Strong leadership to integrate, motivate and develop D&D teams- Solid experience in working with global companies where close interactions are needed between D&D sites (high level of English skills)- Very well reputation on the industry to secure talent attraction- Between 4 and 7 years of experienceTake the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Alfonso ChaconPhone:
