El Requirements Management Engineer será responsable del desarrollo de requisitos técnicos, síntesis y análisis de requisitos y verificación general durante el ciclo completo de diseño en paquetes de baterías para programas Stellantis xEV. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el ingeniero principal de lanzamiento de diseño (DRE), el DRE de software, los especialistas técnicos y otros ingenieros para garantizar que se cumplan todos los requisitos. También trabajará con otros ingenieros de requisitos e ingenieros de sistemas para garantizar la coherencia de los requisitos, estándares y prácticas en todos los programas.- Desarrollar y documentar requisitos de ingeniería para sistemas de baterías de tracción automotriz- Coordinar con otros ingenieros y equipos para capturar las entradas necesarias y equilibrar los requisitos- Ayudar a desarrollar pruebas según sea necesario para verificar el rendimiento del sistema de batería y ejecutar mejoras en el diseño del producto- Mantenimiento de los requisitos en la cadena de herramientas de gestión- Liderar las actividades de gestión del cambio- Apoyar la investigación de problemas del sistema y apoyar el análisis de la causa raíz y los planes de acción correctiva y de mitigación Ingeniero Eléctrico, de Software, Informática, de Sistemas o un campo de ingeniería relacionado de una universidad equivalente o acreditada por ABET- 3 años en ingeniería de productos, ingeniería de sistemas, diseño eléctrico, desarrollo y/o pruebas- Experiência con herramientas de gestión de requisitos y flujo de trabajo como DOORS/DNG, PTC Integrity o similares.- Familiarizado y capaz de analizar datos CAN de CANalyzer, Inca o herramientas similares.- Emprendedor, altamente motivado y ansioso/capaz de aprender nuevas actividades rápidamente- Suite de Google y experiência con el traje de Microsoft- Fuertes habilidades de presentación, habilidades de comunicación (oral y escrita)- Trabaja bien como individuo y como parte de un equipo**Calificaciones preferidas**:- Maestría en Ingeniería acreditada por ABET o equivalente ABET.- Experiência en desarrollo de requisitos o ingeniería de sistemas para aplicaciones xEV- Familiarizado con la tecnología xEv- Experiência con requisitos de diagnóstico- Experiência en el uso de un proceso de desarrollo de sistemas disciplinado basado en el modelo ASPICE o CMMI- Experiência en el ciclo de vida completo del productoOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
