**YOUR IMPACT**:- Perform Vehicle NVH and Ride CAE program assessments for low & mid frequency CAE analysis.- Execute model quality check of the NVHc model and triangulate and communicate all quality issues to model-build and attribute teams.- Run necessary CAE assessments for root cause evaluations and assess against targets- Identify countermeasures for the vehicle through modal analysis when necessary and communicate results- Work with D&R and other attribute engineers to drive issues to closure- Work on core CAE and attribute projects as needed- Adapt with changes to tools and processes as they evolve- Run special studies as needed**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (such as BSME) is required.- Strong competency in various NVH analysis tools (NVH-Console, Meta-Post, NASTRAN, Hypermesh, ANSA etc).- Understanding of input/path/response in NVH model.- Skilled at trouble shooting and methodical data analysis, analytical skills are a must.- Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously as well as lead team toward common goal- Communication skills are key, must give clear and accurate direction to all team members and management, speak confidently- Must be able to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing needs and directionPreferred Qualifications:- Master’s degree is preferred- Preferred minimum of 5 years Vehicle Engineering, including NVH experience- ANSA experience- Minitab knowledge- 6-sigma black belt certified- Data acquisition hardware and software knowledge**DISCLAIMER**:Ford Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, as we are committed with a diverse workforce, and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran and basis of disability.
