Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Job Description:

The Payroll Specialist is a vital member of the Human Resources team responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll inputs for over 4,000 employees. This role involves designing and supporting compliance with various payroll processes, including calculating gross and net pay amounts, maintaining payroll records, and verifying payroll data.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistent service to all customers of the Business Support Organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guarantee accurate and timely processing of payroll inputs for over 4,000 employees.
• Develop contingency plans for natural incidents, legal or technological changes.
• Ensure high level of customer service using Tone of Voice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Prepare metrics and reporting analysis around Payroll.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of prior Payroll experience or Human Resources.
• Experience with North America Payroll regulations and tax rules preferred.
• Knowledge of Kronos, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday & Chronos.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary range for this position is $65,000, which aligns with industry standards and reflects the complexity and responsibility of the role.
