Certificados por parte de ISO en la norma ISO/IEC27001:2013.Contamos con distintivo de Empresa Socialmente Responsable (ESR).TE ESTAMOS BUSCANDODelivery Manager**Actividades principales**:Responsable de aclarar los requerimientos y establecer expectativas reales sobre el alcance, calidad y factores de riesgo sobre las funcionalidades E2E. Cumplimiento de los compromisos en tiempo y forma.Generación en conjunto con el equipo, coordinar y socializar la estrategia E2E para una iniciativa.Asegurar el cumplimiento de los compromisos en tiempo y forma.Proporcionar visión y actualización del avance de las funcionalidades según sea requerido.**Requisitos**:Mínimo 5 años de experiência en el puesto.Manejo de técnicas para el entendimiento/levantamiento de requerimientos (story mapping, historias de usuario).Implementación de estrategias de proyecto desde el inicio hasta la puesta en producción de una funcionalidad.Ejecución de proyectos E2E (múltiples capas como front, microservicios, backends).Desarrollo de proyecciones/ estimaciones.Coordinación de equipos E2E.Gestión de riesgos, dependencias e impedimentos.Dominio de frameworks ágiles (SCRUM/KANBAN/NEXUS/LESS/SAFE).Gestión del trabajo (Historias de Usuario, tareas, defectos, incidentes).Métricas de avance de proyectos.Metodologías de desarrollo, y estándares para el análisis, diseño, codificación, pruebas e implementación de software.Implementación de mejoras/ experimentos para equipos de alto desempeño.Inglés intermedio.**Localidad**:Reforma, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX**Modalidad**:HibridoOfrecemos**:Sueldo base mensual (hasta $53,000 brutos)Esquema 100% nóminaPrestaciones de leyBono de asistencia (10% sobre el sueldo base mensual)5% fondo de vivienda (% de Nómina)2% fondo de retiro (% de Nómina)Seguro de Gastos Médicos MayoresSeguro de Gastos Médicos MenoresSeguro de Vida por AccidentesCaja de Ahorro (Opcional)Seguro de Auto por Flotilla (Opcional)Convenios ComercialesSomos una empresa incluyente y libre de cualquier tipo de discriminación, donde las oportunidades son para quien muestra actitud y talento.
