Responsibilities Test solutions based on test cases and requirements in Spanish. Translate bugs and feedback for the engineering team from Spanish to English. Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide feedback. Create detailed, comprehensive, and structured test plans and test cases. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs. Perform regression testing after bug resolution. Develop and implement testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs. Collaborate with internal teams (developers, product managers) to identify system requirements. Track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Stay updated with new testing tools and strategies. Experience Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking). Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience testing Android, iOS, and Web applications. Experience testing APIs. Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases. Understanding of white box and black box testing. Hands‑on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, UFT, Ranorex, etc. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Proficiency in SQL. Understanding telecom use cases (preferred). Commitment to doing things the right way. Personal Attributes Problem solver, proactive in challenging situations. Friendly, approachable, and collaborative team player.
