**Responsibilities**:- Provide leadership and guidance to all Technology leads within TTS Technology Mexico organization about the key activities regarding cloning, integration and testing.- Participate and represent TTS Technology on all the relevant forums related to Cloning, Integration and Testing- Contribute to Create the Architectural Layout of the bank considering the roadmap and outcomes of Cloning and Integration including the infrastructure decisions being taken- Drive the proper staffing for all the workstreams along with the technology leads for each line of business- Collaborate with LATAM In Country Testing Lead in the creation of the Testing Strategy, Plan and its execution- Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)- Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end results- Utilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues- Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards- Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations including drawing from internal and external sources- Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicate with external parties as necessary**Qualifications**:- 10+ years of relevant experience, including preferably TTS Technology Development leadership roles.- Preferred experience and knowledge of Treasury and Trade Solutions products (Cash, Liquidity, Trade, Commercial Cards)- Experience in management- Experience working with global, regional and local technology teams- Working knowledge of industry practices and standards- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication- Fluent in Spanish and English**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering/Computer Science- Master’s degree preferredMetodologías**:Agile, scrum, SDLC Waterfall sin certificaciones necesarias**Inglés**:fluido** **indispensable**Conocimiento en temas de desarrolloCapacidad de análisisEntendimiento de procesos y procedimientos de proyectos tecnológicosCapaz de brindar soluciones de integración de diferentes sistemasComprensión de diversas plataformas y su integraciónExcelente comunicación en español e **inglés (avanzado indispensable)**Buena capacidad de adaptaciónManejo de equipos- **Job Family Group**:Technology- **Job Family**:Applications Development- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
