DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.Team Overview:You will become part of the Government Affairs team, learning and contributing to the creation of strategic inputs regarding the Future of Work debate, as well as supporting analysis and advocacy efforts with key stakeholders in order to protect DiDi’s operations in Mexico, from a both data-driven and collaborative approach.Role Responsibilities:- Contributing to the Government Affairs team strategy, particularly regarding future of work discussions.- Helping us to develop stakeholder mappings,engagement plans and advocacy strategies, in the pursuit for innovative solutions in the future of work debate.- Taking and managing meeting minutes to keep track record of the Government Affairs activities.- Monitoring stakeholders and risky topics of the regulatory framework in Mexico, particularly on labor areas at Federal Level.- Contributing to liaise with business chambers to boost the company’s presence and networks.Role Qualifications:- A passion for technology and improving mobility and delivery services in Mexico.- Bachelor’s student in social sciences, law, or business-related areas.- Some experience in engaging policy decision-makers or local authorities is desirable.- Highly proficient in both Spanish and English is essential.- Knowledge of the Mexican political system.- Independent thinking and ability to work under pressure.- Excellent written and oral communication skills.- Ability for teamwork.EEO Statement:**You'll love working at DiDi because**- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
