Project Management Lead for Pharmaceutical M&A Program (English 80%) Remote We are looking for an experienced Project Management Lead with M&A expertise across IT, Data, Change Management, and Governance with a strong C-Level presence and communication skills. The Project Management Lead will support a major Pharmaceutical client with M&A activity within the United States time zones. General Expertise Hands-on IT Project Management Merger and Acquisitions Pharmaceutical Industry Direct C-Level Interaction and Communications Fluent English Lifecycle Responsibilities & Key Activity Expectations Develop M&A frameworks and M&A workstream playbooks for use by Project Managers and stakeholders. Create M&A activity map / plan for all M&A workstreams. Plan and execute strategies for Day 1 and Post Day 1 phases through handover to operations. Manage execution teams for all active workstreams. Improve M&A tools and processes to increase project consistency and reduce ramp up time. Develop M&A competencies with team leads to increase internal efficiencies, reduce time to delivery, and accurately measure progress and success. Foster an environment of cross functional alignment for M&A deals. Develop relationships to ensure healthy partnerships among teams (for example, IT Architecture, ERP / Applications, Security & Compliance, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, etc.). Work across IT and business functions, ensuring strategy alignment to overall deal goals and execution plans. Develop IT Infrastructure strategy and integration scenarios. Lead Due Diligence activities. Reduce bureaucracy to speed implementations by aligning financial approval processes, collaborating with IT dependent functions, defining and packaging standard services offered, and partnering with technical service owners. Align organization on complex decisions and build consensus across teams and stakeholders. Apply leading program and project management practices and standards to support client initiatives.
