**Mexican Payments - Business Specialist****For this Job it is necessary to go to the office. On site Scheme.****Location: Mexico City (Perisur area)****Required proven experience implementing payment systems in Mexico: SPEI, TEF, SWIFT, Cheques and SPID.**- Understand and implement the Finacle Product.- Build and manage backlogs by defining user stories and writing acceptance criteria.- Collaborate with SME, prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into requirements.- Design solutions.- Ability to think critically and understand feature decomposition.- Ability to understand and articulate technical skills.- Effectively communicate complex concepts to all levels of the organization and the project team.- Contribute to daily scrum meetings to discuss any items in progress or any blockers to development items.- Active participant in the project planning ceremonies.- Assists in user acceptance testing to ensure acceptance criteria has been met.- Proactively establish and manage both long- and short-term priorities while driving toward an MVP and adhering to the product roadmap.- Seamless collaboration with Engineering and Design teams to recommend solutions for process improvement within existing environments.- Development of requirement specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.**Qualifications**- Deep knowledge of the Banking industry is required.- Highly passionate and positive in a rapidly changing and fast paced environment.- Experience with solving problems through Technology and ability to make decisions.- Strong communication skills and outstanding active listening abilities.- ** Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Postman**: Familiar with XML, JSON, Swagger, Postman**: A background in Banking and Financial services is an advantage**: Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)**: Experience with working in agile environments, Agile or Scrum certifications recommended**: Readiness to work under pressure and be delivery focused and pragmatic.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 03020, Ciudad de México
