In this role, you will manage the entire order process from initiation to completion, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a multicultural and international environment, collaborate with internal teams and external customers, and contribute to process improvement and innovation.**What will you do?**- Oversee and implement digital projects, including AI and machine learning initiatives- Utilize AI and machine learning to optimize order management processes- Lead the integration of digital tools to enhance operational efficiency- Manage the entire order process from initiation to completion- Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers- Contribute to process improvement and innovation- Oversee and implement digital projects, including AI and machine learning initiatives- Lead the integration of digital tools to enhance operational efficiency**What will you need to succeed?**- Educational Background: A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred- At least 6 months of proven experience in order management or a related field- Power BI, Tableau- Project management- Lean manufacturing- Digital competences desirable- Proficiency in English is required- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills**Equal Employment Opportunity Statement****Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon
