**Remote Project Manager (Multifamily Renovation)**We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with experience in multifamily renovations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can meet tight deadlines, and is eager to grow with us. Experience in apartment upgrades is a plus.**Key Responsibilities**:- Oversee subcontractors across multiple job sites, ensuring quality control, timely inspections, and adherence to schedules.- Assist with material procurement, inventory management, and coordinating project schedules.- Manage and coordinate the inspection process with relevant building departments.- Provide regular project reports and updates to senior management.- Collaborate with property management teams, presenting project goals and updates to senior management and owners.- Track project timelines, due diligence processes, scheduling, and change orders.- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.- Complete punch lists and other tasks as assigned by the manager.**Qualifications**:- 3-5 years of construction management experience, specifically in multifamily construction and renovations.- A strong network of subcontractors in the industry.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Proven track record in the multifamily construction sector.- Exceptional project coordination skills with attention to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present confidently to clients and stakeholders.- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Smartsheet, and Adobe.- Will be working for EST time zonePay: From $20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you speak English?- What type projects have you worked on?
