Job Reference: -2- Date Posted: 13 May 2025- Recruiter: Inspire Resourcing Ltd- Location: City, Sheffield- Salary: £32,000 to £35,000- Bonus/Benefits: Bonus- Sector: Business development- Job Type: PermanentInspire Resourcing are hiring on behalf of a well-established client based in Sheffield, This is a great opportunity for someone who has a desire to grow and develop a career during a period of growth and development.**Purpose of Role**- To provide high quality training and assessments in line with DVSA test standards.**Key Responsibilities**- To provide high-quality practical training to learners, ensuring they meet the required DVSA test standards for safe and efficient operation of vehicles.- To carry out driver assessments in line with DVSA standardised processes, to evaluate skills and identify areas of development- Provide objective and fair assessments of driving competence- To deliver classroom courses, including Driver CPC and in-house courses as required.- To support learners with theory preparation.- To travel to corporate clients to carry out driver risk assessments in line with their requirements.- To ensure all training is carried out complies with relevant legislation and industry standards- Stay updated on changes in regulations and best practices- Maintain accurate records of training progress and assessments**Essential Skills and requirements**- Experience in vocational driver trainer HGV and PCV- Proficient in driver checks and reporting procedures- Strong teaching and coaching skills- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, road signs and driving regulations (The Highway Code)- Flexible who works hours including early starts and late finishes**Hours Expected**40 hours Monday to FridayOvertime available when required
