**The Opportunity**We're seeking a detail-oriented Finance Operations Admin to support our growing portfolioof Repeatable Revenue Agreements. You'll work closely with our Head of Investments tomanage our portfolio operations, deal execution, and capital tracking processes. This roleoffers unique exposure to alternative financing structures and the opportunity to buildoperational systems from the ground up.**Responsibilities**1. Portfolio Operationsa. Drive monthly investment servicing, including revenue reads and paymentcollectionsb. Process investor distributions and maintain accurate recordsc. Support portfolio performance reviews and reportingd. Identify trends and insights across the portfolio2. Deal Execution Assistancea. Create and manage documentation for new investmentsb. Track signatures and maintain organized document repositoriesc. Support the development of deal marketing materialsd. Ensure smooth transaction processes from term sheet to funding3. Capital Administrationa. Track capital calls and transactionsb. Assist with account reconciliation and managementc. Maintain accurate financial recordsd. Support reporting requirements for investors**Qualifications**- Experience managing complex systems and processes- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel- Effective written and verbal communication- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities- Interest in alternative finance and brick-and-mortar businesses- 4-year degree preferred- Experience in finance or fintech preferredIf you're passionate about building the operational foundation for a new asset class thatempowers brick-and-mortar businesses, we'd love to connect.Pay: $20,000.00 - $27,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
