This includes working with external collection agencies, monitoring collection performance, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and implementing strategies to improve collection rates while maintaining positive customer relationships.**EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS**:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).- Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in collections, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.- Experience working with external collection agencies.- Strong understanding of debt recovery processes and relevant laws/regulations.- Experience in the automotive sector**SKILLS**:- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to manage and lead a team.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/collection software- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required**JOB RESPONSABILITIES**:- Oversee the performance of external collection agencies and ensure timely and efficient collection of overdue accounts.- Monitor and evaluate agency performance against KPIs, such as recovery rate, time to payment, and compliance with company policies.- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal) to facilitate debt collection processes.- Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery rates.- Recommend improvements to internal collections processes and policies to increase efficiency and minimize delinquencies.- Analyze data to identify trends in outstanding debts and create targeted action plans for high-risk accounts.- Ensure that collection activities comply with all relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting collections practices.- Regularly audit external agencies for compliance with legal and contractual obligations.- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of collection agents, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to meet collection targets.- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews for internal teams and external partners.- Handle employee performance issues and manage disciplinary actions as required.We offer competitive salarySuperior legal benefitsFace-to-face workTo work in person in offices in Colonia Cuauhtémoc, CDMX**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Gerencial**Función departamental**:Contabilidad / Finanzas**Industria**:Automotriz**Habilidades**:- cobranza de crédito automotriz
