Join us for a rewarding career in the aviation industry**HR PARTNER AT PRIMEFLIGHT****QUALIFICATIONS**- Minimum age of 18 years old- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, including leading HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Recruiting teams- Demonstrated success working in a fast paced, matrix environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact- Act as a liaison for our corporate office in Texas and our business in Mexico City- Experience with leading and supporting others across multiple locations- Knowledge of payroll regulations and payroll processes- Knowledge and understanding of Mexico’s Federal Labor Law and regulations, and employment contracts.- Ensure compliance with employment standards, staying updated on changes in employment legislation, regulatory and compliance laws- Experience designing, building, and implementing HR functional programs, policies, tools, processes and procedures- Experience working with Unions in Mexico- Fluent in Spanish and English, in written and oral form- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing best in class service to leaders and employees- Maintaining confidentiality and high level of attention to detail, required- Compensation, and benefit analysis implementation, and administration- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Products and Outlook- Knowledge and experience working with UKG- Ability to travel up to 30% within Mexico and the United States- Knowledge of the Aviation Industry- Ability to pass pre-employment requirements (i.e. drug screen and criminal background check)- Physical activity may include:- Position is generally sedentary, sitting for long periods of time, with occasional mobility in an office environment- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds- Be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms generated by an office environment- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of adaptive technologies or methods as necessary- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means- Tasks may involve repetitive motions of the wrists, hands and or fingers due to continuous typing or writing**PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
