Then let’s talk about the role**Responsibilities**- Daily review, processing, and recording invoices from vendors via batch and reconciling purchasing orders to vendor invoices, including calculating applicable discounts and paying within terms.- Proactively follow- up on issues with invoices with purchase orders that have not been received to expedite processing of vendor payments.- Follow-up with purchasing department regarding purchase order questions, invoice price variances, proof of delivery, and any order questions or issues related to vendors and vendors' invoices.- Properly code invoices with GL codes and cost centers.- Manage the employee expense reimbursement and American Express process through the utilization of concur.- Daily process and review expense reports submitted by employees to ensure proper receipts are attached, general ledger coding for each receipt, is correct and sales tax is applied (if applicable).- Approve expense reports for batch payments- Assign corporate cards to employees- Scanning, batching, and filing accounting documents.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Admin, or a related field- Fully bilingual- 1 - 2 years experience in accounts payable- Desired knowledge of Concur, Rootstock, and FinancialForce accounting software- MS Office- Analytical skillsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $32,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Vales de despensa
