Product Manager

We strive to be the first choice in vacation travel, enriching lives and uniting the world.**A successful Product Manager will**:- Develop and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.- Define product requirements, write user stories, and manage product backlog.- Work closely with vendors and internal delivery team to ensure timely delivery of product features.- Monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize features and user experience.- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers -internal and external- to ensure ongoing success of the product.- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors. It includes setting clear expectations, regular communication, and working collaboratively to ensure the success of the partnership.- Ensure that vendors meet their obligations as per the contract. Regular performance assessments and measurements should be conducted to assess vendor performance according to company’s expectations and goals.- Work collaboratively with vendors to identify areas for improvement and optimization. This includes regular reviews, feedback, and implementing continuous improvement plans.**A successful Product Manager will have**:- Bachelor’s degree required.- Fluent Spanish & English+ (written and verbal).- 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in B2B product management.- 3+ years in 3rd Party solution integrations.- Strong knowledge of B2B hospitality products, including travel advisors, loyalty, event planning and group accommodations.- Experience in working in world-class, highly matrixed organizations.- Experience leading product initiatives in agile, fast-paced environment where rapid experimentation and data-driven decision making are the norm.- Produce high quality documentation.- Ability to influence and persuade in order to achieve desired outcomes.- Ability to confidently present concepts and solutions verbally in front of a group.- Ability to offer alternative solutions to project and product scope.- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.- Seek to gain knowledge from Hospitality Industry, Technology and Innovation.- Acts as a champion for the team and the company.- Ability to manage large scale efforts by delegating tasks and overseeing multiple projects.- Ability to align with customer support and product teams in order to troubleshoot customer issues.- Ability to work multi-task and prioritize several project initiatives.- Positive and proactive attitude.- Excellent interpersonal, consultative and communication skills.- Excellent organizational, planning, facilitation and prioritization skills.- Ability to identify problems and recognizing important information with a clear understanding of the underlying links between the details.- Ability finding the causes of problems to quickly identify and filter relevant information to solve them.- Strong analytical and documentation skills.- Willing to travel, to support knowledge transfer on global projects.As North America’s only vertically integrated travel, hospitality and leisure management group, Apple Leisure Group is an industry innovator that combines the expertise of 14 leading brands.
