The Role The Opportunity Sarelly is looking for a Head of Supply Chain to architect the operational backbone of our rapidly growing makeup and fashion brand. As we expand across Mexico and the USA, you will own the end-to-end journey of our products—from raw material sourcing to final delivery. This is a "builder" role for an operator who excels at solving complex puzzles in a high-growth CPG environment. Core Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Design the end-to-end supply chain strategy; lead demand forecasting and capacity planning to ensure optimal inventory and cash flow. Vendor & Production Management: Manage relationships with raw material and packaging suppliers; oversee weekly production schedules to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Logistics & Distribution: Optimize cross-border logistics (MX-US), freight costs, and fulfillment processes while maintaining safety-stock levels across all channels. Financial Impact: Partner with the CFO to improve gross margins, optimize MOQ (Minimum Order Quantities), and manage the cash conversion cycle. Systems & Infrastructure: Build and manage ERP/inventory dashboards to track KPIs like service levels, COGS, and forecast accuracy. What You Bring CPG Expertise: 3–5+ years in Supply Chain/Operations for Cosmetics, Fashion, or CPG. Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with FDA and Cofepris standards. Operational Agility: Proven experience navigating cross-border logistics and managing external manufacturing partners. Leadership: A track record of building scalable systems from scratch in fast-paced environments. Communication: Fluency in both Spanish and English.
