Our services cover three main areas: Tax Compliance, Legal Consulting, Auditing, and Family Business.Our **Lead Auditor** will take a growing role in supporting the Auditing team in finance, social security, and tax compliance activities, reporting to the Audit Manager.**_ What will you do:_**- Review clients' financial statements to ensure compliance with NIIF and NIA.- Identify and assess financial risks associated with clients' operations and transactions.- Prepare audit reports with recommendations to enhance financial and operational efficiency.- Implement best accounting and financial practices to optimize internal processes.- Elaborate tax opinions to ensure compliance with tax obligations.- Elaborate IMSS reviews to verify proper compliance with social security regulations.- Supervise the execution of work programs- Reviewing different items of the financial statements, fiscal aspects, lifting of internal controls- Preparation of financial statements and tax opinions**_ Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:_**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance- Knowledge of Finance Platforms, NIIF, NIA, tax principles, and accounting standards.- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective decision-making.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong customer-orientated attitude, self-motived, detailed oriented, positive personality with straight forward attitude, well organized, and can work under pressure and in different time zones.**_ Why work at Heranza?_**We are committed to creating a great environment for our team with unquestioned integrity.
