_**Deutsche Automotive company is hiring: PROJECT MANAGER**_**Main Responsibilities**:- **Project Planning**:- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.- Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans.- **Coordination and Oversight**:- Oversee the execution of projects related to new products, manufacturing processes, or operational improvements.- Ensure projects comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards specific to the automotive industry.- **Management of Cross-Functional Teams**:- Lead technical teams (engineering, quality, logistics, production) to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks.- Foster effective communication between involved departments.- **Performance Monitoring**:- Track project activities to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.- Identify potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans to mitigate impacts.- **Client and Supplier Interaction**:- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring their requirements are met.- Coordinate with external suppliers to procure materials and services required for the project.- **Reporting and Documentation**:- Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.- Document lessons learned and recommendations for future projects.**Requirements**:- **Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is highly desirable.- **Experience**:- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects in the automotive or manufacturing industry.- Proven knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).- **Technical Skills**:- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).- Familiarity with manufacturing systems (ERP, MES) and automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).- **Soft Skills**:- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.- Capacity to work under pressure and solve problems proactively.- Strong results orientation and efficient time management.- **Languages**:- Advanced English (mandatory).- Knowledge of other languages (German, Japanese, etc.) is a plus, depending on the company context.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Horas extra- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Do you have more than 5 years of experience in the automotive sector?Experiência:- Automotive Sector: 5 años (Obligatorio)- Project manager for the automotive Industry: 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
