Description About the RoleWe are looking for a Data Architect with solid experience in designing and leading large-scale data architectures, focused on building robust, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions.Requirements Required Experience & Skills2+ years leading the design, implementation, and optimization of data architectures.Proven experience in data strategy and data governance.Expertise in distributed architectures and cloud solutions (Azure).Strong background in Data Lakehouse, Data Warehousing, and database modeling (SQL/NoSQL).Proficiency with Apache Spark and Delta Lake.Definition of standards, data quality, and security policies.Experience overseeing ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration projects.Supporting advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.Intermediate-advanced English proficiency.**Desirable certifications**: Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate or equivalent.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and evolve the corporate data architecture.Select and optimize storage and processing technologies in Azure.Integrate and centralize corporate data sources ensuring quality, security, and scalability.Define governance frameworks and data standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.Soft Skills (short list)Strategic vision.Leadership and decision-making.Effective communication.Results-oriented mindset.Adaptability and innovation.What We OfferPermanent contract (after trial period).Competitive salary + benefits above the law (savings fund, medical insurance, grocery vouchers, additional vacation days, and more).Career development and continuous training.**Salary**: $90,000 MXN gross per month**Hybrid model**: 3 days on-site / 2 days remoteOffices in Lomas de Sotelo, Naucalpan de Juárez3 years
