**Main Job Description**This job is for an A-Player that can grow with our company. Your day-to-day tasks will include many things with moving our real estate investment and education business forward by assisting the C-Level executive with administration tasks. You will handle many different marketing tasks, managing virtual assistants, independent contractors, sales calls, qualifying clients & many other things.You are required to know and be able to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Google Drive, and various project management tools like Asana or Trello on a daily basis. This is a virtual position and no travel is expected or necessary.**Reporting**You will have weekly and monthly goals that will need to be hit. These goals will mainly be centered around supervising team members and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure we meet our project deadlines. We will meet with the owner on a weekly basis to go through your goals and help work through any dilemmas that come up throughout the week.**Typical Tasks**You will help with the day-to-day operations of the business to make sure that the executive team stays busy on income-producing tasks. You will require a thorough understanding of our multiple real estate business models, which we will provide in-depth training on. Examples of tasks you will be conducting will include but are not limited to:- Tracking company KPIs through Google Sheets and Excel- Typing the minutes of the meeting- Staying updated on all department project issues and deadlines- Using critical thinking to troubleshoot issues with they arise- Learning new software and implementing it with mínimal guidance- Creating SOPs- Manage owners schedule- Scheduling travel- Booking hotels and land transportation- Manage payments from clients- Book speaking opportunities- Manage podcasts guests**How Are You Evaluated**You will be evaluated on this individual development plan by the following:- Self-starter- Critical Thinking Ability- Supervisory Skills- Ability to Multitask- Organization- Communication- Sales- Follow up- Effort- Decision making- Professionalism- Leadership- Personal Development**Compensation**16398 MXN to 20460 MXN ($800 - $1000 USD) Monthly**About Be Polite Properties**Pay: $16,368.00 - $20,460.00 per monthApplication Question(s):
