Technical Program Manager

This is a hands-on role in which you will be involved in the end-to-end C3 AI Applications release process. This includes planning, design, software development, code quality, security, performance and scalability, release readiness, and all associated quality processes.You will be part of a team of highly skilled and dedicated software development professionals. This is a great opportunity to work with industry leading artificial intelligence, big data, and machine learning technologies.Our commitment to continuous process improvement allows for opportunities to improve the productivity of our development teams while enhancing best practices within our release process.**Responsibilities**:- **Program Management**:- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk management.- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:- Act as the main liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Provide regular project updates and facilitate effective communication.- **Technical Leadership**:- **Process Improvement**:- Implement and refine best practices in program management.- Lead retrospective reviews to gain insight into improvement opportunities for future project execution.- **Documentation and Reporting**:- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.- Prepare and present status reports and dashboards to senior management.**Qualifications**:- A bachelor's or graduate degree is required.- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably within AI or software development environments.- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and associated technologies.- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a perceptive attention to detail.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Technical background in software engineering or data science.- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.**C3 AI provides a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits.**C3 AI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
