Adas Algorithms Engineer Sr Staff

TasksThe ADAS Algorithm Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of features in radar systems. He/she will actively work with internal and external engineering teams to bring high-quality products into production.**Main Responsibilities**:- Research and development of radar algorithms for embedded platforms to meet product requirements.- Prototyping of algorithms using simulation tools.- Continuous improvement of algorithms through automated testing.- Ensure the quality of the delivered software.- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to provide insight and inspire future development.- Maintain a thorough understanding of customer and product requirements.- Collaboration with internal and external worldwide teams.- Follow Continental's Material Life Cycle development process.**Qualifications**:**Basic Qualifications**:Effective communication in English (TOEIC 700+)**BS degree in related field**: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or MathematicsMinimum 5 years of experience developing algorithmsStrong ability to solve problems in logic, mathematics, and dynamicsSolid knowledge of statistics and filtering algorithmsProficient at implementing efficient algorithms with C/C++ programmingSkilled at analyzing large sets of data using Python/MatlabExperience with source control systems (Git), bug tracking (Jira), and agile development practices (Scrum)Good understanding of code quality metrics, unit testing, static analysis, and test driven development**Preferred Qualifications**:Fluent communication in English (TOEIC 900+)**M.S./Ph.D. degree in related field**: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or MathematicsProficient solving problems in logic, mathematics, and dynamicsSelf-motivated, with an ability to work within a team providing guidance to less experienced engineers**Benefits**:KantineGehaltsbonusKarriereberatung und TrainingsangebotMitarbeiter werben MitarbeiterLebensversicherungGesundheitsvorsorgeFlexible ArbeitszeitenReisekostenzulageAbout usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
