Start your journey as a **Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)**. In this role, you will ensure that external suppliers provide high-quality products, materials, and services that meet company and industry standards and work to continuously improve the performance of supplied components, assemblies, and outsourced processes.**Are You Looking to**:- Promote continuous improvement techniques with suppliers to reduce variability, achieve process control, lower costs, and improve PPM (Parts per Million) performance.- Develop and implement metrics to monitor and evaluate supply base capabilities, including Non-Conformance Tracking and Supplier Quality Scorecard.- Conduct Supplier Quality Audits.- Lead/Participate in multifunctional teams in investigating and resolving non-conformities, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented.- Collaborate with internal technical functions to address and improve product quality issues at the supplier level.**Are You Ready to**:- Maintain supplier management strategies to ensure quality and on-time delivery.- Prepare and present quarterly Supplier Performance ratings, offering improvement recommendations and leading improvement initiatives.- Provide support to design engineering in vendor part qualification.- Establish and maintain positive and effective communication channels with suppliers, teams, departments, customers, and vendors.**Job Requirements**:**What You’ll Need**:- B.S. in an engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- 2-3 years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment desired.- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.- Must be bilingual, able to speak, read, and write English and Spanish.- Must have a valid visa to travel to the U.S. as needed**What You’ll Get**:- Paid leave for bereavement, marriage, vacation and more.- On-site cafeteria.- Medical & life insurance.- Paid time off to volunteer.- Additional perks like food basket and Christmas bonus.- HealthCare Services.- Life Insurance.- Savings Fund.- Tuition Reimbursement.- Profit Sharing.**Work Authorization**No calls or agencies please.
