**Job Title**:Specialist Senior, Costs**Position Purpose**Ensure to have the best cost available for our products, analyzing and following cost structures of our main products to help merchants negotiate cost reductions or cost increases avoidance. Support costs analysis to optimize merch gross profit selecting the best vendor option for products. Follow key macroeconomic indicators such as exchange rate, interest rates, commodities, etc. to identify and suggest cost reductions opportunities. Participate and help merchants in cost negotiations with top vendors**Primary Accountabilities**:- Analyze cost increases proposals from vendors to confirm with cost structure fundamentals or suggest the correct increase.- Support cost analysis to optimize merch gross profit trough the correct vendor selection.- Follow macroeconomic indicators to identify and suggest cost reductions opportunities based on products and vendors costs structures.- Participate in cost negotiations with top vendors.- Develop and systematize required processes, documents, and analyses to optimize cost team activities.**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Actuario, Ingeniero en Sistemas, Ingeniero Industrial y de Sistemas, Ingeniero Mecánico Administrador, Economista, Financiero, o carrera afín.Years of Experience: Five to seven years.Type of Experience: Costs Analysis required, Financial Analysis, Information management, Data handling and analysis, Negotiation.Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Advanced use of MS Office, English, Programming SQL.Other / Preferred: Retail
