Senior Finance Manager, Latam

Core Responsibilities Act as lead Financial Business Partner for the LATAM Business Units- Own delivery of Financial Performance Management, Financial Planning (3 year Business Planning), strategic direction and target setting- Drive growth acceleration of our LATAM business by developing a commercial strategy and projects with new and existing channels / customers- Participate in monthly Supply and Demand planning to consult on decisions and challenge proposals- Conduct tactical implementation of Finance Business Plan and Finance collaboration structure- Engage as a member of the LATAM leadership team to influence and impact financial and non-financial decisions- Act as BU "CFO" and embed Financial Stewardship into organization- Provide ad hoc financial support, training, etc.- Shape and drive our LATAM strategic agenda in line with global strategy Play your part in our team succeeding This position will use financial planning & analysis skills and strategic orientation to develop our business in the geography. They will sit on LATAM leadership team and co-drive the strategy creation and execution. Do you have what it takes? 7+ years Financial Planning and Analysis, Business / Customer Development or transferable finance / accounting, business development experience- Working with Finance in a strategic context e.g. supporting top management in developing business plans- Explain financial impact / consequences to management as well as line and service area- Partner management : spar, dare to take constructive solutions, accurate communication- Analytical skills to bring along outstanding solutions- Self-led individual motivated to take ownership and build impact within areas of responsibility.
