These events cover both internal gatherings for Boldr and external engagements with our Partners and Community.Other than supporting Boldr’s online and in-person events, you will be also supporting one of Boldr’s partners with their online events.Your primary objective will be to promote our company's values and mission through memorable and impactful event experiences.**WHY DO WE WANT YOU**:We are currently looking for impact-driven individuals who are passionate in helping Boldr grow and achieve our Purpose. We expect our Team to become our ultimate partners to success by always giving their 110% in everything, sharing their talents and quirks, and championing our core values: Curious, Dynamic, and Authentic.**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:- Work alongside the Events Manager and Impact Manager to identify potential content based on our community needs.- Work with our Leaders to align event objectives with Boldr's value proposition.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for content creation and promotion.- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of online and in-person events, including webinars, workshops, conferences, and social gatherings.- Help our Partners with event logistics and operations.- Support and enable the Community members to participate in the events.- Recruit hosts, speakers, and guests for the events.- Host online events.- Coordinate with vendors to procure swag items and manage the shipping process.- Track expenses and manage event budgets.- Monitor event success (engagement) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.**Requirements**:**WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU**:YOU ARE- Curious and authentic, just like us #beboldr- An analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of details- Passionate about client satisfaction.- Skilled with people.- Ability to build good relationships with diverse stakeholders.- Good team player, collaborative, and eager to work with the community.- Self-starter with radical responsibility.- Resourceful and creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative event concepts.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.- Dedicated to delivering exceptional event experiences.- Process-driven and keen to improve event management processes.- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Ability to pick up tech tools quickly, especially video conferencing tools.YOU HAVE- Previous experience preferably in community, customer support, event planning and coordination, project management, or a combination of these.- Some experience in Social Media including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.- Knowledge of event marketing strategies and techniques.- Ability to travel to the US (Valid VISA).- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.**Benefits****BENEFITS**:- Law Benefits- Private Health Insurance- Paid Time Off- Mental Health Support- English classes- Learning and Development Programs
