This position oversees the day-to-day operations, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and ensures operational excellence and efficiency. The Team Lead serves as the key point of contact for their team and partners closely with other department leads.**Key Responsibilities**:Manage and oversee a team of 5 operations staff located across 3 different sitesDevelop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvementMonitor team performance, set goals, and provide coaching and mentorship to drive professional developmentCoordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives involving the operations teamIdentify and resolve operational issues, bottlenecks, and process inefficienciesAnalyze metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven decisionsCollaborate with other department leads to ensure alignment and integration of operationsCommunicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior managementFoster a positive, productive, and engaged team cultureKey job responsibilities**Qualifications**:5+ years of experience in an operations leadership roleBachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related fieldProven experience managing and developing high-performing teamsStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProficient in data analysis and process improvement methodologiesExperience working in a dynamic, cross-functional environmentAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbout the teamA Day in the Life of an Operations Team Lead (L5)Throughout the day, the Operations Team Lead stays agile, responds to urgent issues, and maintains regular communication with the team and cross-functional partners.
