Identifies, enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided; ensures the correct functioning of office and/or business support services.Main Activities:- Order processing, Handles shipment, invoicing, and customer records and/or specializes in one specific task area at the direction of the project manager and/or proposal leader- Coordinates with proposal team and supply chain for project material quantities and pricing- Understand other aspects and stakeholders of the project lifecycle and the impact to their tasks. Work with third party services for procurement- Support the account receivable activities- Works on assignments that are semi routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 1 years of related experience- High School diploma- Secondary education preferred- Advanced English- Willingness to learn and collaborata as a team memberLI-TB1
