El Credit Initiation Specialist un puesto de nível inicial a cargo del análisis de base de datos y monitoreos desde el punto de vista de control/operativo y conocimientos básicos aplicables a las políticas institucionales, valida documentación, información, datos en distintos sistemas; S041, CIP, ADMWIN, Citi Screenig CX así como extracciones en Access y manejo de Excel. Soporte a actividades.El objetivo general de este rol es la mejora continua en la ejecución de controles asignados.**Responsabilidades**:- Identificar, analizar y resolver problemas clave de los controles asignados- Ejecución de procesos operativos- Autogestión de facultamiento- Ayudar en la ejecución y el monitoreo de controles- Seguimiento integral de los controles asignados- Análisis y creación de procedimientos- Manejo de sistemas operativos- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones, impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia**Calificaciones**:- Entre 2 y 5 años de experiência relevante.- Dominio de Microsoft Office.- Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo- Habilidad para analizar datos y resolver problemas.- Habilidades comprobadas de organización y gestión del tiempo.**Educación**:- Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiência equivalente.La descripción de este puesto proporciona una revisión de alto nível de los tipos de trabajos realizados. Se pueden asignar otras obligaciones laborales según sea necesario.El analista de Quality & Control Support en conjunto con los responsables de las áreas operativas, diseñará líneas de ARCM, gestionará altas, bajas y cambios de las misas, colaborará con las áreas que generan insumos para la definición de la información que será de utilidad para que pueda realizar la ejecución de controles asignados al área de Q&CS. Realizará actualizaciones de Instrucciones de Trabajo y documentos relacionados a las diferentes áreas de BBS.
