You will provide clients with analytics solutions through complex data-intensive analyses requiring a deep understanding of relationships among multiple internal and external data sources, complex modelling, and information sharing. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Leading the Data & Analytics team in Latin America, providing support to teams and clients across the region.- Expanding FTI's Data & Analytics team presence in the region and growing the team as required.- Managing work streams within a project, and effectively delegating responsibilities to junior team members.- Designing and executing the development of analytic solutions using a range of algorithms and tools as appropriate for the problem presented by the client.- Designing and implementing complex data models including both external and internal client data to facilitate analysis.- Supporting the research and development of data and analytics assets used across project and solutions.- Providing core analytic development and data engineering work at the core of all projects.- Interacting on a day-to-day basis with FTI team members, client personnel and advisors.- Preparing project documentation, visualizations and written analyses, reports, or presentations.- Nimbly juggling multiple client and internal priorities and switching between tasks, sometimes in a high-pressure environment.- All of the above must be undertaken with a view to delivering quality output to our clients within established timeframes.**How You'll Grow**We are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities. You'll be assigned a dedicated coach to mentor, guide and support you through regular coaching sessions and serve as an advocate for your professional growth.As you progress through your career at FTI Consulting, we offer tailored programs for critical professional milestones to ensure you are prepared and empowered to take on your next role.**What You Will Need To Succeed**Basic Qualifications:- 6 years of experience in Financial Services consulting and/or advisory services such as financial restructuring, forensic accounting, and corporate finance; specificity in Financial Crime, Litigation, or Investigations- Experience in manipulating and analyzing large amounts of data with work in SQL and Python.- Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or other STEM education.- Experience working in a team-orientated environment.- Fluency in English and Spanish.**Preferred Qualifications**- Proficient in data engineering using data stores including MS SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL, Hadoop, or other distributed data technologies.
