**Vacante para la empresa Human Factor en Juarez - Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México**:Somos una empresa especializada en **logística internacional y servicios de freight forwarding**, brindando soluciones integrales de transporte marítimo, aéreo y terrestre a clientes nacionales e internacionales.Buscamos talento con actitud de servicio, habilidades de comunicación y pasión por la logística global**Oferta Laboral: Customer Service Freight Forwarder**:** Ubicación**: Ciudad de México (esquema híbrido)**Sueldo**: $25,000 mensuales brutos**Horario**: Lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.**Modalidad**: Presencial durante los primeros 3 meses. A partir del 4º mes, **esquema híbrido** (3 días home office / 2 días oficina).**Tipo de puesto**: Tiempo completo**Requisitos**:- Experiência mínima de **2 años** en posición similar dentro de un **Freight Forwarder**empresa logística.- Ingles intermedio indispensable- Conocimiento en procesos de **importación y exportación** (aéreo, marítimo y terrestre).- Manejo de documentos internacionales y coordinación con agentes en el extranjero.- Nível de inglés **intermedio o avanzado** (lectura y escritura).- Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.- Dominio de Excel y herramientas de gestión logística.**Funciones principales**:- Atender y dar seguimiento a solicitudes de los clientes en operaciones de importación y exportación.- Coordinar con agentes de carga, navieras, aerolíneas y transportistas nacionales e internacionales.- Monitorear estatus de embarques y asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos y condiciones pactadas.- Elaborar y revisar documentación relacionada con embarques (BL, AWB, facturas, listas de empaque, etc.).- Actualizar bases de datos, reportes de seguimiento y KPIs de servicio.- Resolver incidencias operativas en coordinación con los diferentes departamentos.- Brindar soporte postventa y mantener una comunicación constante y profesional con los clientes.- Asegurar altos estándares de **calidad y satisfacción del cliente**.Si estás interesado en la vacante y cumples con los requisitos, postúlate por este medio y nos comunicaremos contigo lo antes posible**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Logística / Transporte**Industria**:Transporte, Logística, Cadena de Suministro y Almacenamiento
