**Master Data Management Specialist**:- Job Id: 11775- City: Mexico, Distrito Federal, Mexico- Department: IT- Function: Information Technology- Employee Type: Permanent Full Time- Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level- Description:Responsible for the overall governance and management of master data in LATAM. This includes leading the development and implementation of master data strategies, policies, and processes; working with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency; and building relationships with key stakeholders.Responsible for ensuring data integrity, availability, and security throughout the entire process, from data collection, storage, processing, and analysis.- Lead the development and implementation of master data strategies, policies, and processes for Latin America.- Responsible for data security, management, and analysis, implementing improvements and/or automation for sound business decision-making. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency.- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including the global Master Data Management team, regional business leaders, and data stewards for each country and subregion.- Represent the Latin America Master Data Management team in global initiatives.- Provide thought leadership and guidance on master data management best practices.- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of business processes, project management skills, and SAP solutions.- REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and/or related field.- Advanced English- 5+ years of experience in master data management, including experience providing solutions in SAP.- REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:- Solid knowledge of business management, as well as knowledge of accounting, finance, marketing, and IT.- Knowledge and experience in project management**We are one team, for maximum impact.
