We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Service Management Lead**Job Summary:Our multi-disciplined Cybersecurity operations teams include Technical architects, Consultants, Product SME’s, infrastructure specialists and Program managers.Following extensive investment across our Technology and Digital domains and with plans for continued expansion throughout and beyond, we are currently seeking a “Lead consultant Specialist” to join HSBC Cybersecurity in Mexico.Main responsabilities:- Provide full scope of the day-to-day Production Support service including resolution of the live incidents as well as post-resolution problem management activities.- Drive major incidents with right progress that fits the requirements for critical services in incident management.- Provide timely incident communication internally and externally as required.- Provide technical expertise in finding root cause of major system problems.- Work as the owner of production environment, participant in various change deployments and related post implementation verifications, including pre-deployment engagement- Automate daily manual routine work.- Drive continual service improvement plans- Drive process integration activities to bridge gap between Cyber security and enterprise level processesRequirements- 15+ years of IT experience in systems engineering, software development and production support in mission critical environments- Experience with broad range of technologist tools e.g. Application Performance Monitoring, App Dynamics; Log Aggregation, Splunk; Automation, Puppet.- Working knowledge of infrastructure, networks, load balancers, storage - cloud & containers highly beneficial.- Experience with or an understanding of cybersecurity products such as Splunk SIEM, Anti-malware/Endpoint Detection & Response, Data Loss Prevention, Vulnerability assessment tools and Cryptography is highly recommended- Strong understanding of core Service Management disciplines.- Excellent technical debugging and trouble shooting skills.- Experience with modern agile software delivery practices such as scrum, version control, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), DevOps.
